When starting Xpert-Timer, you can display all due reminders in a dialog box. This gives you an immediate overview of the tasks that need to be done urgently.

If you want to check every minute whether a reminder is due, set the query interval here to "Every 60 seconds." Please note that this short query interval consumes a lot of bandwidth in multi-user mode and can slow down the program. If you always want to be reminded half an hour before your appointment, a query interval of 15 minutes is sufficient. If you connect to the head office via VPN, you should consider whether you want to use this function at all due to the bandwidth usage.
